Well I'm still here, and I didn't have to place a bet today.

If I can just survive this abstinence a few more hours that will be 1 week clean.

I can't remember the last time that happened - probably over a year and a half ago.

But I do remember early clean time from gambling feeling like this does - it seems weeks have gone by when it's just been a few days.

In a way it seems to verify Einsteinian Physics and the concept of time dilation. The closer one gets to the speed of light or "C" as it's called, the slower time moves.

In my case, "C" could stand for clean time and I would postulate the closer I am to it, the slower time moves relative to how fast I think it's moving.

Needless to say I'm a bit of a mind screw, got a head that's out to get my ass so to speak.

And nevertheless, time dilation or no, it's a cool deal to be here again on Day 6, and be able to say...

I didn't have to place a bet today.
