I am 32, single, self-employed and I have a problem with gambling! It all hit the fan last Thursday night/Friday morning June 8/9 (it was around midnight when I realized what I had done, plus the fact the Miami Heat didn't cover the spread and the Mavericks didn't go over.) The worst possible scenario played out in that game, and that I believe was the best thing to happen to me, and I truly hope...a major blessing in disguise.

How did everyone do NOT BETTING on the superbowl? It is such a hype you know? I know I was really fighting the urge and this after more than 7 months! The commercials were great and how nice not to be so consumed with a BET that I didn't get to enjoy them. I especially liked the mouse commercial. :) How is everyone out there...anyone still there?
Aloha,
Scotty

I had an urge today to sign up for fantasy football. I actually went to the site and then thought...this could be the one little slip that fuels the fire into real life sportsbetting. I didn't do it...what do you all think of the danger of these games and the chances of them leading to real gambling? I have four months as a ex-gambler and I'm not willing to risk it by starting fantasy football.

Hello,
Does any one know where I can find information on the number of people who bet on sports, and the percentage that make a living at it? I have been searching the web for information on sports betting, and most of what there is, is information on how to DO it, not help for those that are addicted to s. betting.
